Triangle Chapter Bylaws

Board of Directors

President

Chuck Darran joined the Chapter Board in 2006 working with the social committee.  He became vice-president in 2009.

Vice-President

Ben Pitzer has been a chapter member for the last 7 years and has been attending board meetings for a year.  Ben graduated in '98 from Penn State's Capital Campus with a degree in Public Policy.

Secretary

Sarah Nelson provides minutes of the Chapter's board meetings to the Alumni Association.  She joined the Chapter Board in 2009.

 Treasurer

George Gillis has been a member of this Chapter longer than he would want anyone to say. As treasurer, George has a number of duties including all of the Chapter banking and ensures the bills are paid. He creates the Chapter budget and reports on it each month. George distributes football tickets in the fall.

Communications Chair

Mandy Stricklin has been a Chapter member since 2009.  She is responsible for managing the Chapter's website as well as communicating Chapter activities/events/etc. via Facebook.

Membership Chair

Dan Stahlman is our next longest tenured Board Member. He processes all of membership applications and renewals we receive throughout the year. His job is critical to making sure we keep in touch with our members.

Scholarship  Chair

Jennifer Clark joined the Chapter in 2005.   She organizes the Chapter's endowed scholarship competition.

Game Party Chair

Brian Zawacki heads the football game party committee and emcees during the games.

Alumni Admissions Volunteer Chair

Jeff Palmer has coordinated participation in local high school college fairs and contacted high school students offered admission to Penn State through the PSU Admissions Office's Alumni Admissions Volunteer Program for more than 15 years.  Checkout the LionsROAR website for more details and to sign up!
